I hope you took the TIME to watch the video.
I had a deep reaction to this short visual presentation of time. It got under my skin and triggered something that is difficult to put into words.
28,835 days = your entire life
The image below the video shows my lifetime as 1-month “blocks”. The grey blocks represent the time I’ve spent, the red ones are what I supposedly have left…
It assumes I’ll live to 960 months = 80 years (average) and that I’m currently 48-years old.
You can imagine what yours would look like… (This is an actual screenshot from my phone).
Some people find this too scary to look at, they don’t like what they see. Personally, I find this motivating, it shows me that time is limited and encourages me to not waste it on procrastination, distraction, or the infamous “I’ll do it later” phenomena.
And for someone like me, who survived three near-death experiences, time has a very different meaning. It’s the most precious gift we have.
I want to be here for as long as I can, be with my family, see my kids grow, play with my grandchildren.
I want to explore the world and go on great adventures,
I want to be healthy, pain-free and risk-free so I can enjoy it all.
Imagine what your time would look like as a grid?
Here are some facts:
The average life expectancy for men in North America is 79.8^ years.
Then imagine losing 12 years or more of your life… to heart disease…
In North America, heart disease is the second leading cause of death(1), and a leading cause of hospitalization(2). Heart disease is the first cause of years of life lost(3) (years lost due to premature mortality) and the second leading cause of disability-adjusted life years lost(4) (the number of years lost due to ill-health, disability or early death).
I spent over a decade of my life figuring out how to rebuild my body and mind after severe injuries, an amputation and a major heart attack.
I didn’t want to spend so much time figuring out how to do it, but I did.
I created the Heart Guardian System to help and teach people like you the two hardest things about prevention, recovery and reversal of heart disease:
1) Heart disease can be prevented and reversed
2) Time is a luxury we don’t have
How much money and time will you continue to spend on ‘magic pills’ and bogus products
that don’t work?
Time is of the essence here and I urge you to stop wasting it.
It’s time to learn what really works based on real-life results.
If this message resonated with you and you want to know what it takes to reverse your heart disease symptoms then click the button below and book a free consult call today to learn about the Heart Guardian system and how you can start using it right away.
